On this page we’ve put together a list of organisations who can help if you need to speak to someone.

Breathing Space

Offers a free, confidential phone and web-based service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.

If you need support while self isolating:

National COVID-19 helpline

Puts people in contact with their local authority. This is so that they can provide support for those who don’t have a network of support for example if you have to self isolate.
